Like so many of the families we serve, our founder believes home is more than four walls. It is where life feels familiar. It is where morning routines, favorite chairs, family memories, pets, neighbors, and independence all come together. Home is where people feel most like themselves.

But after years of seeing how difficult it can be for older adults and families to navigate care, one thing became clear: too often, people wait until there is a crisis before support is put in place. Families become overwhelmed. Adult children try to manage care from hours away. Small changes in health or safety can turn into hospital visits, falls, or unnecessary stress.

Thriving Well at Home was created to offer a better way.

We wanted to build a company that helps people remain at home with dignity, confidence, and the right level of support — before things become overwhelming. A company where care feels personal, communication is clear, and families know someone trustworthy is close by.

As a nurse-led, locally owned home care company, we bring together compassionate caregivers, nursing oversight, personal care, companion care, and smart home safety support to help clients continue living in the place they love most.
